Apple Collections in Oberpfraundorf, September 13th and October 11th, 2025

Residents of Oberpfraundorf and the surrounding areas are invited to participate in the apple collections organised by the Landscape Conservation Association Regensburg and Oberpfraundorf. The collections will take place on the Saturdays of September 13th and October 11th, 2025, from 2 to 4 pm.

The drop-off point for the apple collections is at the storage hall of the county's building yard in Oberpfraundorf (Market Beratzhausen). To streamline the process, those who have a Nagler customer number are encouraged to bring it with them and mention it at the collection point.

The apple collections are part of the Juradistl program, an initiative to support the preservation of local orchards and orchards. Participating in these collections contributes to "tangible nature conservation" and the production of regional quality products like Juradistl apple spritzer and Juradistl apple juice.

Delivered apples should be fresh and free of decay. Only unsprayed apples from orchards and gardens will be accepted. For large deliveries (over ten hundredweight per delivery), it is essential to register in advance with the Landscape Conservation Association Regensburg at [email protected].

Upon delivery, a weigh slip will be issued for the apples. The rate for the apples is 15 euros per 100 kilograms, and payment will be made in cash at the collection point.

The collection point is located at the storage hall directly opposite the motorway underpass and the commuter parking lot. The apple waste collections in 2025 in Oberpfraundorf are organised by the local municipal waste management authority or community organisation.

Delivered apples can be exchanged for vouchers for the Nagler press in Regensburg. Sacks, boxes, or other suitable containers are recommended for transporting apples.
