Regensburg Congress Tackles Fair Labor Access for Migrants with Disabilities

A full-day expert congress titled Work – but how? will take place in Regensburg on September 25, 2025. The event focuses on improving fair access to the labour market for migrated and refugee people with disabilities. Organisers include the Flight. Migration. Disability inclusion circle, EUTB, and Handicap International, among others.

The congress is hosted by the Flight. Migration. Disability inclusion circle, a group founded in 2020. In 2022, it received the Upper Palatinate district’s inclusion prize for its work supporting marginalised jobseekers. This year’s event will be held at the barrier-free Diocesan Center Obermünster in Regensburg.

The congress brings together experts, policymakers, and affected communities to address employment barriers. Discussions will centre on actionable steps to create fairer opportunities. Those interested must register by the mid-September deadline.
