Reduced count of light automobiles at Polish border now stands at approximately 2500

In the past few weeks, there have been some notable developments at the Belarusian borders and in the realm of phone scams.

On August 16, a total of 4000 passenger cars were recorded at the Belarusian borders, marking a peak in the number of vehicles. Since then, the number has been gradually decreasing, with the current count at the Lithuanian border in Beniakony standing at 30 passenger cars, and 40 cars at Kamenny Log. No significant changes have been reported at the Latvian border.

Interestingly, the increase in the number of passenger cars at the Lithuania-Belarus border between late July and early August was primarily due to the movement of people, including those fleeing or seeking asylum amid regional tensions. As some crossings were restricted and border controls intensified, the number of these vehicles has decreased again.

Meanwhile, there is no new information regarding the number of buses or bus queues at any of the mentioned borders. However, it's worth noting that the number of buses is reportedly growing again.

In other news, the Belarusian police have revealed phrases that give away phone scammers. These phrases, which are used to trick unsuspecting individuals, are now being closely monitored to prevent fraudulent activities.

It's also important to mention that there is no new information about the 21-year-old linguistics student who was sent to a colony for participating in a leadership school. Nor is there any new information about the largest food mall or modern parking near Komarovsky Market in Minsk.
