Redesign Specialists at Zulufish London

The Kingswood Road House

The Kingswood Road house, winner of the Interior Design Private Residence London award in the 2019 International Property Awards, underwent a remarkable transformation by Zulufish. Originally a typical three-bed end terrace, it was reimagined into a five-bedroom contemporary space. One of the most notable changes was the relocation of the front door from the front of the property to the middle of the side elevation, creating a central entrance and a connected flow throughout the house.

Larden Hall Apartments

Larden Hall Apartments, a top-end development of nine new build apartments, is another example of Zulufish's design prowess. The interiors of these apartments feature textured wall coverings, cocooning residents in a sense of luxury but with durability. The kitchen in Larden Hall Apartments mixes organic textures in subtle shades and is constructed from high-quality Italian XyloCleaf cabinetry, clad with Denver grey marble worktops and accessories. The kitchen and joinery are bespoke, made by HUX London.

The lighting in Larden Hall Apartments is beautifully conceived, both inside and out. The outdoor spaces are framed with frameless glass balustrading, and the bathroom tiles are patterned Italian porcelain, running throughout and paired with bespoke vanity units.

The Dukes Avenue House

The Dukes Avenue house was designed to meet the needs of a growing family. The house underwent a complete architectural redesign by Zulufish, extending at basement, ground, and loft levels. The ground floor formal lounge and library are separated by a double-sided fireplace.

The full width family kitchen & snug in the Dukes Avenue house has a full width skylight over the extension, smoked oak parquet floors, and a marble wraparound kitchen island. The master suite features a pursuit white marble-clad master suite with black metal hardware in its double walk-in shower. The master dressing room has yards of open hanging space, drawers, and a central jewellery island.
