Red Hawk Resort Casino Debuts a Modern Poker Room for All Players

Red Hawk Resort Casino in Placerville, California, has unveiled a newly designed poker room. Opened in March 2024, the space aims to attract both seasoned players and newcomers with modern amenities and a wide range of games.

The poker room launched as part of the casino's broader expansion plans. These efforts focus on modernising the property and diversifying its gaming and hospitality services. Located about 44 miles from Sacramento, the casino hopes to draw both local visitors and travellers looking for a full casino experience.

The room features seven professional-grade poker tables, though it was initially designed for ten. Players can enjoy Texas Hold'em cash games, No-Limit Hold'em tournaments, Omaha variants, and daily freeroll events. Stakes range from 3/6 and 4/8 for Limit games to 1/2, 1/3, and 2/5 for No-Limit options. Comfort and convenience were key in the redesign. The space includes contemporary seating and a layout tailored for both experienced and casual players. To keep players at the tables longer, dining options are available directly at their seats. The menu offers selections from the casino's award-winning restaurants.

The new poker room strengthens Red Hawk Resort Casino's position as an entertainment hub in the Sacramento region. With upgraded facilities and a variety of gaming options, the casino continues to expand its appeal to a broader audience.
