Rastatt appoints Sébastien Oser as its district official
The Ministry of the Interior, for Digitalization and Communities, while responsible for digitalization and communities, does not have a specific role in the trinational advisory body INFORBEST, based in Basel. This ministry, however, can be contacted via their online contact form or through the Press Office's email.
Sébastien Oser, a prominent figure in Baden-Württemberg's state administration, began his career at the Regional Council of Freiburg in an unspecified capacity. In November 2011, he joined the state administration and later took on the role of the German representative of the state-communally supported trinational advisory body INFORBEST in Basel.
In 2013, Sébastien Oser moved on to manage the Energy Competence Center in the Regional Council of Freiburg. It's important to note that the Ministry of the Interior, for Digitalization and Communities is not involved in the management of this centre.
Sébastien Oser's career took a significant turn in April 2017 when he moved to the Rastatt District Administration Office. Initially, he headed the Office for Building Law, Climate and Nature Conservation, and Public Order. In September 2018, he also took on a deputy department head position at the same office.
After nearly three years at the Rastatt District Administration Office, Sébastien Oser is now the current department head. His predecessor in this role was Wolfgang Schuster. Citizen representation at this office can be made through the contact form, but the Ministry of the Interior, for Digitalization and Communities does not provide a direct email address for such purposes.
For more information about the Ministry of the Interior, for Digitalization and Communities, you can find the Press Office on Wikipedia. It's worth noting that Sébastien Oser, the department head at the Rastatt District Administration Office, is not directly associated with the Ministry of the Interior, for Digitalization and Communities.
Sébastien Oser studied law in Freiburg and passed the second state examination in law in 2011. His educational background, however, did not include a specific role in the trinational advisory body INFORBEST.
