Railway Protection Force SI Results for 2025 Released: Access Merit Lists and Score Thresholds at rrbcdg.gov.in
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), functioning under the Ministry of Railways, has announced the category-wise cut-off marks for the RPF Sub-Inspector (SI) 2025 final result. The publication of the results, which concluded all recruitment stages including the Physical Efficiency and Measurement Tests (PET and PMT) and document verification, took place on August 26, 2025.
The RRB has set different cut-off marks for various categories of candidates. Here's a breakdown of the cut-off marks:
- For male Unreserved (UR) candidates, the cut-off mark is 78.78.
- For male Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates, the cut-off mark is 72.42.
- For male Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, the cut-off mark is 69.36.
- For male Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates, the cut-off mark is 76.27.
- For male Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) candidates, the cut-off mark is 76.39.
For female candidates, the cut-off marks are as follows:
- For female UR candidates, the cut-off mark is 76.58.
- For female SC candidates, the cut-off mark is 68.09.
- For female ST candidates, the cut-off mark is 66.68.
- For female OBC candidates, the cut-off mark is 73.80.
- For female EWS candidates, the cut-off mark is 73.42.
The cut-off mark for Ex-Servicemen (UR) candidates is 61.51.
Shortlisted candidates for SI 2025 will be allocated their respective zones. Upon successful medical clearance, appointment letters will be sent for final appointment.
