The payment behavior of companies in Rhein-Kreis Neuss has slightly deteriorated in the first six months of the year, but the Sparkasse in Rhein-Kreis Neuss has stepped in to provide over 60 million euros to help businesses manage these economic challenges.

Investments for the next 12 months remain uncertain, with only about half (49%) of companies indicating their intent to invest. However, numerous large companies like Haribo, MM Neuss, Rheinmetall, Contargo, Essity, and Strabag continue to invest in the Neuss location, although the exact timing of these investments in the second half of 2020 is not specified.

It is uncertain whether this positive state is just a temporary snapshot. Nevertheless, the business climate index in Rhein-Kreis Neuss is in the bright green area, indicating a very good state.
