In the quiet afternoon of Sunday, a significant traffic accident occurred on Hatter Straรe (L888) in Hatten, Delmenhorst. The incident, which took place around 3:10 PM, involved a motorcyclist, an oncoming car, and a truck with a trailer.
The motorcyclist, a 45-year-old resident of Ganderkesee, attempted to overtake a truck and collided with a trailer being towed by the oncoming car. The driver of the car, a 55-year-old resident of Ganderkesee, was also involved in the accident. However, the name of the driver is not provided in the available sources.
The accident resulted in severe damage to the trailer and the motorcycle, both of which are now considered total losses. Tragically, the motorcyclist sustained life-threatening injuries.
