Property Market Updates

My Boy Tony, a popular establishment located at 4280 Tennyson St., has new owners. Last week, Eli Cox and Mark Hansen purchased the real estate for $1.6 million, according to publicly recorded documents.

The current square footage of the property is 1,620 square feet. Eli Cox, one of the new owners, is the proprietor of the barstools and the ground at My Boy Tony, while the other owner, Mark Hansen, is known for his backpack brand, Topo Designs.

Despite the change in ownership, My Boy Tony remains in operation and is intended to continue as a positive contribution to the community. Eli Cox has expressed his commitment to maintaining the bar as a valuable asset for the neighbourhood.

Interestingly, the individuals behind the previous owners of the property are not disclosed in available records. However, it is known that Eli Cox and Mark Hansen are business partners and have no immediate plans for any significant changes to My Boy Tony.

The purchase of the real estate marks a new chapter for My Boy Tony, but its patrons can rest assured that their favourite watering hole remains in capable hands. Eli Cox's intentions to keep My Boy Tony as a community asset bode well for its continued success.
