On June 11, 2025, Landrat Peter Dreier paid a visit to Ludwig Rieder GmbH & Co. KG, a traditional family business located in Bayerbach with over 140 years of history. The company, a leading provider in the fields of heating, sanitation, and civil engineering in the region, ranging from Lower Bavaria to the Munich region, currently employs around 150 people.

During the visit, Landrat Dreier was accompanied by Ludwig Götz, the economic advisor of Landshut district, and Werner Klanikow, the mayor of Bayerbach municipality. The visit was particularly focused on the newly built office building for the civil engineering division. The new office building, constructed entirely in sustainable timber frame construction, symbolizes the company's forward-looking claim.

Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Michael Rieder, who led the new office building constructions for the sanitary construction department at Ludwig Rieder GmbH & Co. KG, guided Landrat Dreier through the modern facilities. The office building also serves as an energy center, supplying around 40 households in the vicinity with environmentally friendly heat via its own district heating network.

Landrat Dreier expressed admiration for Ludwig Rieder GmbH & Co. KG's broad range of services and commended the company for their generations-long tradition of training, binding, and building for the future. He also recognized the company's stable order situation and praised the strong employee loyalty at Ludwig Rieder GmbH & Co. KG.

The gift was also given as a belated congratulation on the inauguration of the new office building.
