Police stormed a karaoke bar in Khon Kaen following reports of an illicit drug-fueled gathering.

In a shocking turn of events, a karaoke bar in central Khon Kaen was raided early Saturday morning. Undercover officers had previously infiltrated the venue, collected samples, and confirmed the presence of drugs prior to the raid.

According to the police, 25 individuals, including one underage male, were found at the venue during the raid. Initial tests showed that 23 out of the 25 individuals had narcotics in their system. As a result, these 23 individuals were charged with drug use and possession.

The bar operator faces multiple charges, including selling alcohol to a minor, allowing illegal drug use on the premises, and selling drugs. The owner of the bar has been identified by the police, but their name has not been publicly disclosed. A summons has been issued for the bar's owner for questioning.

Interestingly, the manager and owner were not present during the raid. Several staff members were also present during the raid, and it is unclear at this time if they will be charged or questioned.

The bar is suspected to have permitted the consumption of a cocktail of drugs, including MDMA, methamphetamine, diazepam, and ketamine. The investigation is ongoing, and the authorities are working to gather more evidence and interview witnesses.
