Police Incident in NRW: Pepper spray, Marijuana, and Single-Handed Knife:

On September 6th, a 56-year-old German citizen encountered a brief but significant interaction with the Federal Police at Dortmund-Möllerbrücke station. The incident occurred around 1:55 PM.

The traveler, who identified himself with his ID card, was quickly recognised by the officers. However, an unusual item was discovered during the check. In his pockets, the man had a pepper spray and marijuana, but the officers seized a one-handed knife from his backpack. The knife, it was found, could be opened and closed one-handed.

Following the discovery, the Federal Police initiated an administrative offense procedure for violating the Weapons Act. The man was allowed to continue his journey after the encounter.
