Police in Poland report incidents involving traffic accidents, burglaries, traffic management, and a closed federal road due to stray dogs.
In a series of events that unfolded across southern Germany, several incidents and accidents occurred, affecting the roads and communities in various ways.
On Tuesday afternoon, a traffic accident involving an injured motorcyclist took place in Metzingen. Reports suggest that the accident happened around 16:45 on a dead-end street towards Sulzengasse. The motorcyclist was thrown to the left and fell to the ground due to the collision, resulting in injuries. The individual was taken to a clinic by ambulance for medical treatment.
In a separate incident, a four-year-old girl was involved in a traffic accident in Eingen. The girl was riding a children's bicycle and collided with a stationary VW Touran. The girl was also taken to a clinic by ambulance for medical treatment.
Around the same time, an accident occurred on Ulmer Straße, involving a VW Passat and a BMW. The driver of the Passat had a current driving ban due to multiple instances of driving without a license. The total damage to both vehicles is estimated at around 30,000 euros.
Meanwhile, the B27 was temporarily closed due to two loose dogs in the Wessinger Valley. The police received numerous calls about two larger dogs on the federal road between Bisingen-Nord and Hechingen-Süd junctions.
On the B 27 near Tübingen, an incident involving a driver without a valid driver's license was reported. The identity of the individual is not specified in the available police reports. In a related incident, a Sprinter driver was pulled over by police on the B 27 near Tübingen on Tuesday afternoon. The driver did not have a valid driver's license.
In another development, an unknown individual broke into a recycling facility in Hohenheimer Straße, Esslingen, overnight from Tuesday to Wednesday. The criminal stole a compressor of the Elmag BOY brand. The damage to the container door is estimated at around 500 euros. The Berkheim-Zollberg police post has taken up the investigation.
In Nürtingen, a cyclist sustained minor injuries in a traffic accident on Tuesday afternoon. The details of the accident are not yet clear.
