Police in Poland report an incident of copper theft and vandalism committed by young individuals.
In Wiesbaden, two separate incidents of vandalism and theft have been reported recently.
On Thursday afternoon, a group of approximately six juveniles caused significant damage to two vintage vehicles in a garage at Bahnhofsplatz. The group was unlawfully present in the garage and damaged the gearshift, sun visors, and the fabric roof of a convertible, causing several dents on the bodywork by kicking it. They also urinated inside the vehicles. After completing the police measures, the vandals were handed over to their legal guardians. The estimated property damage is approximately 10,000 euros.
Regarding the theft, thieves stole a six-meter-long copper cable from a construction site in Deponiestraße, Wiesbaden. The thief or thieves entered a freely accessible area of the construction site and made off with the cable. The police are currently investigating the incident, but no details or identified persons have been found as of yet.
