Pizzatown enthusiasts, take note: outstanding pizzerias in Hamburg are doling out unique discounts!
The "True Italian Pizza Week" is set to return to Hamburg from September 25th to October 1st, marking its fifth edition in the city. This annual event, which first began in Berlin in 2017, aims to showcase the beauty and quality of traditional Italian pizza, made with healthy, authentic ingredients.
During the week-long celebration, participating pizzerias across the city will offer a special menu priced at 16 Euros. This menu includes two pizzas to choose from, with a variety of unique creations on offer. From porcini mushrooms and forest berries to pistachios, red wine cream, caramelized onions, and bacon, there's a pizza for every palate.
Interestingly, a simple Margherita pizza typically costs 14 Euros in many pizzerias, making the special menu a great deal for pizza lovers. For those looking for a refreshing drink to accompany their meal, an Aperol Spritz or the alcohol-free alternative, Crodino Spritz, is also available for 16 Euros.
The "True Italian Pizza Week" is a chance to experience the joy of real quality pizza and to appreciate its worth as a restaurant visit. No registration is required to participate, and this year, 26 pizzerias across Hamburg are taking part. Some of the participating pizzerias include Tazzi Pizza (St. Pauli), L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele (Ottensen), Pizza Puro (Hoheluft-Ost), Mission Pizza (e.g. Bahrenfeld), Bolle Pizza Sandwiches (e.g. Ottensen), and Pizza Mezzaluna (Hamburg-Altstadt).
