Pizza Rimini Wins Big at Uber Eats’ First-Ever German Awards

Uber Eats held its first-ever awards in Germany on July 19, 2024. The event celebrated top restaurants across the country, with six winners sharing a total prize fund of €70,000. A high-profile ceremony in Berlin marked the occasion, attended by 350 guests and a panel of expert judges.

Pizza Rimini in Offenbach took the top honour, winning 'Uber Eats Restaurant of the Year 2024'. The pizzeria received €40,000 and praise for its signature 'Doppel Peperoni Spicy Honey' pizza, described as a crunchy, sweet-sour-spicy umami explosion.

The inaugural Uber Eats Awards distributed €70,000 among six winning restaurants. Pizza Rimini’s victory and the runners-up’s prizes included both cash rewards and marketing opportunities. The event also introduced new categories to support diversity, sustainability, and community impact in the food industry.
