Wiesbaden, Germany - Starting from August 18, several changes have been introduced to bus routes in the city, particularly on the Gustav-Stresemann-Ring, due to a water pipe break and increased traffic.

From August 18, all buses (except route 22) will operate on their regular routes towards the city center, with new diversion rules in effect. Route 37 continues to serve the "Berliner Straße" stop in the Gustav-Stresemann-Ring as normal. However, starting from August 18, route 18 is not serving the "Friedhof Sonnenberg" stop due to the water pipe burst.

In a joint effort by ESWE Verkehr and RMV, bus lines 16, 28, 45, 46, X26, 262, and the school buses were redirected from the "Statistisches Bundesamt" stop to stop at "Brita-Arena" starting Monday, September 1. The "Statistisches Bundesamt" stop is no longer served by these bus routes, along with school buses, starting from September 1.

Construction sites, closures, and delays are expected on the Gustav-Stresemann-Ring in May. From September 1, bus routes 16, 28, 45, 46, X26, 262, and school buses will serve the "Brita-Arena" stop-by-demand.

It's important to note that the good weather for repair work is ending due to increased traffic on the Gustav-Stresemann-Ring as measures are eased. Commuters are advised to check the Wiesbaden website for the latest updates on bus routes and construction sites.
