Outdoor bathing facilities conclude operations for the year
Detmold's Outdoor Pools Extend Summer Fun Until the Weekend
The outdoor pools of Berlebeck and Schwarzenbrink in the city of Detmold are inviting visitors to enjoy the last summer days in the water. With the 2025 outdoor pool season coming to an end this weekend, these popular swimming spots are offering extended hours for swimmers to make the most of the remaining warm weather.
The Berlebeck outdoor pool will be open daily from 12:00 PM until 7:00 PM, with the exception of Thursday, where it will open at 1:00 PM. The Schwarzenbrink outdoor pool will be open from 11:00 AM until 6:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday, and from 1:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. On Thursday, the Schwarzenbrink outdoor pool will open at 11:30 AM.
It is worth noting that the operating hours for both pools on specific days were previously unknown. Additionally, the Fischerteich outdoor pool will close on Saturday, August 30, at 6:30 PM, and the Hiddesen outdoor pool will close on Sunday, August 31, at 6:30 PM.
