Order from BGO issued by Goldbeck (ostensibly)

In a recent announcement made in Bielefeld, Goldbeck Facility Services has revealed that they will be managing logistics properties for BentallGreenOak (BGO) in Halle an der Saale. This new contract adds to the company's existing management of commercial and logistics buildings for BGO.

The flagship logistics property under this new contract is "The Space" in Halle an der Saale. This impressive property boasts eight hall sections, each with approximately 10,500 sqm of usable area, totalling around 84,000 sqm.

In addition to managing "The Space", Goldbeck Facility Services will also be responsible for five other BGO-owned buildings. These properties, located in Mittenwalde, Schlangen, Mittelweserpark, Paderborn, and Fürstenwalde, have a combined size of approximately 150,000 sqm. Each of these buildings, like "The Space", is managed with Goldbeck Facility Services' signature seamless building operation, ensuring efficient and effective property management.

The company has also been tasked with providing technical and infrastructural building management for "The Space" in the "Star Park Halle" industrial park. This contract is in addition to their existing contract for managing technical and infrastructural building management for five other BGO-owned buildings in the same industrial park.

With the addition of these new properties, Goldbeck Facility Services' total area of buildings managed for BGO, including "The Space" in Halle an der Saale, now stands at approximately 240,000 sqm.
