Order from BGO continues to be enforced by Goldbeck

Goldbeck Facility Services, a leading provider of technical and infrastructural building management, has announced a new commission to manage a logistics property in Halle an der Saale, Germany. The property, known as "The Space", is located in the Star Park Halle industrial park and spans approximately 84,000 square metres, consisting of eight sections, each with a usable area of around 10,500 square metres.

This new assignment comes on behalf of owner BentallGreenOak (BGO) and property manager Redhead. The company's CEO, Christian Ziemer, stated that Goldbeck Facility Services offers a seamless building operation through established processes between facility and property management.

It is important to note that "The Space" is not part of the five commercial and logistics buildings managed by Goldbeck Facility Services in Mittenwalde, Schlangen, Mittelweserpark, Paderborn, and Fürstenwalde. These buildings, which Goldbeck Facility Services has been managing for BGO, total about 150,000 square metres.

Goldbeck Facility Services has also been managing logistics halls with a total area of around 90,000 square metres in Halle an der Saale for BGO. However, these halls are not located in the Star Park Halle industrial park where "The Space" is situated.

The real estate investment manager BGO is also the owner of "The Space", while Redhead manages the logistics property portfolio excluding the five buildings managed by Goldbeck Facility Services.

The contract for managing "The Space" was announced by Goldbeck Facility Services in Bielefeld. This expansion of Goldbeck Facility Services' portfolio marks a significant step in the company's growth and commitment to providing top-tier building management services.
