Oil conveyance system operative in Isargestade

The second phase of the Isargestade closure is set to commence on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, and will continue until October 15, 2025. During this period, a closure between Zweibruchenstraße and Johann-Weiß-Weg will be in effect.

Traffic Diversions

Motorists are advised to anticipate traffic diversions as the construction work progresses. The two main routes for traffic rerouting are via Podewilsstraße - Schlachthofstraße - Stethaimerstraße - John-F.-Kennedy-Platz - Seligenthaler Straße - Bismarckplatz - Zweibruchenstraße, or via Podewilsstraße - Am Alten Viehmarkt - Bischof-Sailer-Platz - Heilig-Geist-Gasse - Postplatz and Zweibruchenstraße.

Affected Bus Lines

The construction work will impact bus lines 7, X3, 501, and 530. Passengers are advised to expect temporary stops for these affected lines, with a temporary stop for affected bus lines set up in front of the main building of the Stadtwerke. The stops Isargestade and Stadtwerke (towards the city) cannot be served due to the construction. The detour for these bus lines occurs via the stops Postplatz and Am Alten Viehmarkt in both directions.

Pedestrian and Cyclist Access

Despite the construction, pedestrians and cyclists can still pass through the area during the entire construction work. Access for residents from Podewilsstraße to Johann-Weiß-Weg/Litschengasse remains free, and residents can also access the parking lot of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung/Ussar-Villa from Zweibruchenstraße.

Construction Focus

The construction work is focused on the area between Podewilsstraße and Johann-Weiß-Weg. Road users are requested to observe closure and detour signs, no-parking zones, and bypass the construction site accordingly.

As always, we appreciate your understanding and patience during this time of construction. For updates and further information, please visit our website or contact our customer service team.
