Lancaster County Convention Center Authority Reschedules Meetings

The Lancaster County Convention Center Authority has announced changes to its scheduled meetings for next week. The Nominating Committee meeting, originally set for Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 5:00p.m., has been rescheduled to Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 12:00p.m., due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts.

The Operations Committee meeting, which was previously scheduled for the same day at 5:30p.m., has been rescheduled to Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at the same time. Both meetings will now take place at the Lancaster County Convention Center, located in the City of Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

The Authority published a public notice on September 6, 2025, regarding the upcoming meetings. The Nominating Committee meeting was initially scheduled for October 2 at 5:00p.m., but the rescheduling moved it to the following day, October 3, at 12:00p.m. The Operations Committee meeting, on the other hand, was originally scheduled for October 2 at 5:30p.m., but has been rescheduled to October 1 at the same time.

It's worth noting that the rescheduled meetings are on different days. The Operations Committee meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, while the Nominating Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025. The Authority is responsible for both meetings, as it is for the Lancaster County Convention Center.

The rescheduled Nominating Committee meeting will take place in the same location as the originally scheduled meeting, the Lancaster County Convention Center. The rescheduled Operations Committee meeting will also take place in the Lancaster County Convention Center.
