Northern Lights Gaming names Chris Loftus as new CEO after leadership shift
Northern Lights Gaming has appointed Chris Loftus as its new CEO. The move follows the departure of Andrew Goodale, who led the company for eight years. Loftus brings nearly two decades of experience in the gaming industry to his new role.
Loftus began his career at Inspired Entertainment, where he served as Head of Content Operations. He later took on the role of Sales Director at Playnetic before joining Northern Lights Gaming in April 2025 as Commercial Director. His promotion to CEO marks another step in a career spanning almost 20 years.
Company Chairman Robert Henrysson welcomed the appointment, calling it an exciting development for the studio. Loftus himself expressed enthusiasm about the future, highlighting the potential for growth under his leadership. Northern Lights Gaming has not released specific targets for the next 12–24 months but remains focused on expanding its presence in the iGaming sector. The studio aims to deliver high-quality games and experiences, reinforcing its position in the industry. With Loftus now at the helm, the company expects to push forward with its long-term plans.
Loftus takes over from Goodale, who stepped down after eight years in charge. The new CEO's experience and leadership are seen as key assets for Northern Lights Gaming's next phase. The company continues to prioritise innovation and growth within the competitive gaming market.
