No more boards of directors for the 2nd division.

The head of the Supervisory Board, Michael Papenfuß (69), initially considered expanding the Management Board and working with a three-person team. However, they ultimately decided against this for the second division.

The head of HSV, Papenfuß, makes news. - No more boards of directors for the 2nd division.

There has been a prolonged debate surrounding HSV. Should the club have an additional board member apart from the new sports director, Stefan Kuntz (61), and CFO Dr. Eric Huwer (40)?

For now, this matter appears to have been officially settled. The situation in the second division no longer holds any interest.

A former banker commented, "The supervisory board convinced us that HSV Fußball AG's structure has been set up effectively and is currently functioning at its best. Despite the personnel shift (from Boldt to Kuntz), the Management Board, second tier, and employees are performing exceptionally well. The club is currently in a stable period."

Papenfuß on Jonas Boldt's (42) release: "During our analysis, we determined that we require reinforcements to accomplish our sporting objectives."

Almost seems like a coaching change...
