NKY Chamber's Inclusive Impact Breakfast to Spark Economic Growth Dialogue

The NKY Chamber will hold its Inclusive Impact Breakfast on February 7, 2023, at the St. Elizabeth Training and Education Center in Erlanger. The event will run from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m., featuring networking, a panel discussion, and insights from regional leaders on fostering inclusion and economic growth. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m., followed by breakfast and networking. The welcome session and featured speakers will begin at 8 a.m., leading into the panel discussion. Tickets cost $30 for Chamber members, $40 for future members, and $25 for NKYP attendees, while entry is free with an NKYP Event Pass.

Mayors Aftab Pureval and Ron Washington will start the event by discussing community competitiveness. The panel, moderated by Kristen Smitherman-Voltaire of Turner Construction Company, will explore how inclusion helps attract talent, boost investment, and strengthen regional competitiveness. Panelists include Lee Crume, Julie Kirkpatrick, and Dr. Cady Short-Thompson. Tim Elsbrock, Regional President of Fifth Third Bank of Cincinnati, will also guide part of the conversation. Attendees can expect networking opportunities alongside discussions with business, civic, and education leaders. The focus will remain on practical strategies for building an inclusive economy.

The breakfast aims to bring together professionals and leaders to discuss inclusion as a driver of regional success. With a structured agenda and expert panel, the event provides a platform for collaboration and actionable insights. Advance registration is required for attendance.
