The MG M9 EV's second-row seats offer additional comfort with heating, cooling, and massage functions, all operated through a handrail-mounted touchscreen. The front seats are electronically adjustable, featuring 4-way lumbar support and ventilation for added comfort on longer journeys.

The MG M9 EV's performance is impressive, with a front-mounted motor producing 241 bhp and 350 Nm of torque. The vehicle also comes equipped with 19-inch self-healing Continental ContiSeal alloy wheels, providing a smooth and stable ride.

Safety is a top priority for the MG M9 EV. It comes with seven airbags, ABS, ESP with auto hold, TPMS, and an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) package. The ADAS package includes features such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Integrated Cruise Assist, Autonomous Emergency Braking, lane-keeping assist, speed assist system, and a 360-degree surround view screen.

The MG M9 EV also offers convenience with features like electric sliding doors, a center console that floats with cupholders, a wireless charger, and under-arm storage, and HVAC buttons placed on a touch-sensitive panel underneath the infotainment screen.

One of the standout features of the MG M9 EV is its battery and charging capabilities. It is equipped with a 90 kWh lithium-ion battery, offering a range of 500 km on a single charge. The vehicle can be charged from 5% to 100% using an 11 kW charger in approximately 8.5 hours. It also features DC fast charging, which can charge the battery from 30% to 80% in just 30 minutes.

The MG M9 EV is not just a conventional MPV; it will compete directly with luxury electric and premium vehicles such as the Kia Carnival and Toyota Vellfire in India. It will also indirectly compete with luxury electric and premium vehicles like the Mercedes-Benz AMG CLE 53 Coupe and possibly upcoming flagship SUVs like the Mahindra Vision X, given its positioning as MG Motor’s first luxury electric MPV priced around β‚Ή65 lakh.

A cherry on top, the MG M9 EV features a Chamois-wrapped dual-pane sunroof and a top speed of 180 kmph. The MG M9 EV is undoubtedly a game-changer in the electric vehicle market, offering luxury, performance, and convenience all in one package.
