New Police Officers and Inspectors Join Hagen Police Force
On Monday, September 1, 2025, the Hagen Police welcomed 27 new members to their team. This addition includes 18 newly trained commissioners and nine officers who were transferred from other agencies.
The new police officers and inspectors were officially welcomed by Police President Ursula Tomahogh and the extended management team of the Hagen Police Presidency. The ceremony took place at an official event, where the new members took their oath before moving on to direct exchanges with their new directorate, watch, and precinct leaders.
Police Director Ursula Schoenberg initiated the formal act of swearing-in for the new police officers. Two of the new officers, who were transferred from other agencies, bring previous experience to their new roles. The remaining 18 are newly trained commissioners, who were students just last week.
Two government inspectors also began their service in the Hagen Police on the same day. The new employees are now responsible for tasks in and for Hagen.
The Hagen Police is pleased with the new additions to their team. Police President Tomahogh expressed her gratitude and welcome to the new members, stating that their skills and dedication will be valuable assets to the city of Hagen.
