National Lottery Authority, Loterie Nationale, awards a 10-year contract for lottery solutions to International Game Technology (IGT)
IGT's OMNIA Solution to Power Loterie Nationale's Growth
IGT Global Services Limited has signed a new 10-year agreement with Loterie Nationale, Luxembourg's national lottery. Under the terms of the agreement, IGT will deliver its high-performing and player-centric solution, OMNIA, to Loterie Nationale.
Recognized as an innovative solution, OMNIA connects retail and digital lottery solutions, granting lotteries access to centralized data. This collaboration will enable Loterie Nationale to benefit from a range of applications that are easy to use, tap into analysis options, and useful tools.
León Losch, Loterie Nationale's Director, expressed excitement about the latest announcement. He stated that IGT has been a trusted partner for more than 20 years. Losch believes that upgrading Loterie Nationale's lottery and iLottery solutions with IGT's advanced technology can lead to continued sales growth, better player experiences, and continued support of good causes.
Jay Gendron, IGT's Chief Operating Officer Global Lottery, acknowledged the successful business collaboration between IGT and Loterie Nationale. He noted that IGT helped Loterie Nationale grow its retail presence and introduce iLottery in Luxembourg.
The latest contract followed a competitive procurement process that designated IGT as the perfect provider to fuel the Luxembourg national lottery's growth. Loterie Nationale will also benefit from IGT's cloud-based iLottery system, remote game server, and overhaul its central gaming system.
The access to OMNIA will enable Loterie Nationale to tap into the recently updated Retailer Pro terminals by IGT. The 10-year contract grants Loterie Nationale access to IGT's GameTouch and GameTouch Draw S2 self-service lottery vending machines.
Recently, the National Council on Problem Gambling awarded IGT with iCAP Ready accreditation, recognizing the company's extensive efforts toward responsible gambling. IGT is a leading gaming company recognized for the quality of its solutions, games, and technology.
Losch and Gendron both expressed optimism about the future of this partnership, believing it will bring significant benefits to both parties and contribute to the continued growth and success of Loterie Nationale.
