MTA's Employment of Rehsler Cooling Systems
In a strategic move aimed at creating a stronger and more competitive entity in the market, Rehslers Cooling Systems GmbH and MTA Deutschland GmbH have merged on July 23rd. The US conglomerate, Apleona, has taken over MTA's subsidiaries in Germany following the merger.
The merged company will operate under the MTA brand, with Carola Wolters continuing as the Managing Director of MTA Deutschland GmbH. The Lindau MTA branch will focus on "Engineered Solutions," offering customized and customer-specific cooling and heating systems.
The product range of the Lindau MTA branch will include chillers, heat pumps, free coolers, and a rental cooling offering. The merger aims to harmonize business processes under MTA, streamline branding and business processes, and improve overall operations of the combined company.
Rehslers was initially acquired by MTA Holding in Italy in 2022. A year later, the entire MTA family was acquired by the U.S. conglomerate Trane Technologies. Following the acquisition by Trane Technologies, MTA has now merged its German subsidiaries.
The merger aims to combine the two teams in Germany strategically, with the intention to create a more efficient and competitive business. The merged company will benefit both Rehslers Cooling Systems GmbH and MTA Deutschland GmbH, as they join forces to deliver superior cooling and heating solutions to their clients.
