Incident in the Osnabruck region. - Motorcyclist (30 years old) perishes in crash with a deer.
A 30-year-old individual was driving between Nortrup and Badbergen in the Osnabrück district of Lower Saxony. It seems like he had to work late and was heading back home. Travelling at 70 km/h, the motorcyclist passed several vehicles on the road, oblivious to the dangers lurking ahead. Suddenly, a deer crossed the road!
The biker couldn't react in time to avoid the collision and crashed right into the animal. The man hit the ground hard, and his Kawasaki continued skidding for about 150 meters before crushing into a tree.
When the emergency doctor arrived, they sadly pronounced the man dead and also found the deer had met the same fate. Family members of the deceased arrived soon after the accident and were comforted by an emergency chaplain. Meanwhile, the police closed off the entire road to carry out the investigation into this unfortunate incident.
