Massive 500M-ruble agri-complex launches after years of growth
A large agricultural production complex has opened after years of development. The facility spans 26,000 square metres and represents a total investment of 500 million rubles. Local authorities supported the project with land and funding from the start. The enterprise began operations in 2011 and has steadily expanded since. In 2024, its revenue reached 296 million rubles, with plans to increase output to 720 tons by 2025.
The regional government played a key role by allocating land for construction without a tender. It also provided a 4.139 million ruble subsidy to support the project. Additionally, the SME Corporation issued a 50 million ruble guarantee to secure financing. The complex now employs 100 people and includes multiple facilities. These consist of a boiler house, a retail building, a bakery, and a café. The development aims to boost both production and local job opportunities.
The completed facility marks a significant expansion for the region's agricultural sector. With increased production targets and new jobs, the complex is set to contribute further to the local economy. Officials have highlighted its role in supporting small and medium-sized businesses through funding and infrastructure.
