Tatoosh Superyacht Returns to Malaga's Muelle Uno

The luxurious superyacht Tatoosh has made a grand return to Malaga's Muelle Uno, drawing attention for its grandeur and ranking as the 88th largest yacht in the world. First owned by US mobile phone magnate Craig McCaw, the yacht was later sold to Microsoft co-founder Paul G. Allen in 2001 for $100 million.

Built by Germany's Nobiskrug shipyard in 2000, Tatoosh boasts five decks and accommodates up to 24 guests with 12 cabins. Its amenities include a fireplace-equipped lounge, dining areas, a covered pool, a cinema, a gym, a recording studio, and expansive outdoor terraces. The yacht also features a helipad for two helicopters, a 12-metre motorboat, and a 13-metre sailboat.

Over the years, Tatoosh has visited the port of Malaga over a dozen times since 2012. The superyacht has hosted high-profile figures such as Paris Hilton and Teodoro Obiang Nguema's son. However, its current owner remains a mystery, with some specialized media speculating that it may be owned by Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the United Arab Emirates.

Despite being ranked among the world's largest yachts, Tatoosh did not find a buyer willing to pay €125 million in 2014, when it was briefly listed for sale. In 2021, the yacht was valued at €90 million. However, no confirmation has been made about Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan owning the yacht, nor about its current owner if not the UAE President.

As Tatoosh continues to turn heads and crane necks in Malaga, the mystery surrounding its current owner adds to its allure. The superyacht's return to Malaga's Muelle Uno is a testament to its enduring popularity and the fascination it continues to evoke among yacht enthusiasts and onlookers alike.
