LPI-GTH under potential threat
In the early hours of this morning, a traffic accident occurred on the connecting road between Leina and Gotha. According to the Gotha Police Department, the incident took place just before the hospital roundabout around 07:00 AM.
The accident involved a Mercedes, an Audi, and a VW. Unfortunately, the search results do not provide the name of the Mercedes driver who failed to notice in time that the vehicles ahead had to brake, leading to a collision that caused all vehicles to pile up. The 41-year-old driver of the VW sustained slight injuries.
The Gotha Police Department is the point of contact for further inquiries. You can send your emails to [email protected] or call their phone number, 03621-781503.
During the accident investigation, traffic was disrupted. The Thuringian Police urge drivers to avoid the area and use alternative routes if possible. They also remind drivers to always pay attention to the road and maintain a safe distance from other vehicles.
The Gotha Police Department will provide updates as more information becomes available. The source of the information is the Gotha Police Department itself, as reported by news aktuell.
