The scope of work for the Senior Associates is extensive, encompassing strategizing about various civil and commercial matters across the country. The successful candidates will be responsible for drafting, researching, briefing, and assisting in hearings before various tribunals and courts, including the Securities Appellate Tribunal, NCLT, consumer forums, other Tribunals, and High Courts.

Ideal candidates should possess a BA LLB degree from a recognised university and be enrolled as an Advocate with 3-6 years of Post Qualification Experience. They must demonstrate excellent research and analytical skills, with an attention to detail, and have a proficiency in English language, both oral and written. Candidates should also be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.

Candidates should be self-motivated, willing to learn, and take initiative. They should take complete responsibility and ownership of the cases they are involved with. The ability to handle corporate clients and prior drafting experience are essential requirements.
