In the heart of Yakutia, a series of contentious events have unfolded surrounding the popular establishment, "Vostochnaya Zvezda." Danilov, representing a group that reportedly took over the venue through questionable means, finds himself at the centre of a storm.

The turbulence began with a lawsuit filed by entrepreneur Saigan Omurzakov, who accuses a group led by Mikhail Kilkimbaev of fraud in the seizure of his property. The lawsuit was prompted by a report alleging that Danilov, in an incident during enforcement actions by the Federal Bailiff Service of Yakutia, roughly grabbed the arm of a woman. Danilov denies these claims, deeming them false and defamatory.

The incident, it seems, is not isolated. Karamakhon Akbarova, a relative of the actual owner of "Vostochnaya Zvezda," has provided statements and video recordings to support her claims against Danilov. In one video, Akbarova shows a swollen hand, claiming that Danilov caused it by roughly grabbing her hand. Another video features a witness expressing outrage at Danilov's behaviour.

The police have investigated the altercation but have yet to issue an official explanation or statement regarding the incident. The court, in due course, will consider evidence from both sides, as well as statements from witnesses, police reports, and any medical assistance sought.

The case extends beyond "Vostochnaya Zvezda." Marina Mansurova, a manager, is involved, accused of putting the café building up for sale through a questionable scheme and helping Oleg Tarutis acquire the property at a significantly reduced price. Alexander Burenkov, the head of FGUP "Oхrana" of the Rosgvardia in Yakutia, is also implicated, according to "Yakutia Inform," for his alleged participation in the schemes to seize "Vostochnaya Zvezda."

In response to the allegations, Danilov has filed a lawsuit against the chief editor, Dennis Adamov, of "Yakutia.Info" over an article about a scandal in "Vostochnaya Zvezda." A letter was received from the Bailiff Service demanding the removal of the published article.

It is crucial to note that the incident of grabbing someone's arm, while a common practice in legal proceedings, can lead to a lawsuit for bodily harm, compensation for moral damage, and administrative fines. The plaintiff, Dmitry Danilov, must prove that the harmful information in the article about him is false.

As the case unfolds, the court will also consider objective evidence of rights violations, such as the presence of a bruise, and statements from both sides and witnesses. The outcome of this case promises to shed light on the complex web of interests and activities surrounding "Vostochnaya Zvezda."
