The investigation centres around a 21-year-old Yemeni national, suspected of transporting 43 third-country nationals from Slovakia to Germany in June 2023.
During the operation, the suspect was found and questioned, and several mobile phones and other evidence were seized. The transportation, which occurred in three separate incidents, was done using a Polish rental truck.
