In the quiet hours of the night, an act of theft was committed in the construction yard on state road 515 below the first wind turbine coming from Merchingen, Ravenstein. Unknown perpetrators broke into a construction container, stealing equipment and machinery worth approximately 13,000 euros.

The container, parked in the yard, was targeted between Wednesday evening, 5:45 PM, and 6:30 AM the next morning. The thieves managed to evade detection, and their identities remain unknown to the authorities.

The damage caused to the container is estimated at approximately 1,000 euros. The police are urging anyone who noticed suspicious activity during the time of the crime or has information about the perpetrators and the whereabouts of the stolen goods to contact the Adelsheim police station at telephone number 06291 648770.
