Law enforcement agencies are seeking individuals who may have observed a relevant incident.

In the early hours of September 3, a shooting incident occurred on Kampstraße in Dortmund, Germany. The incident occurred during an altercation between a 37-year-old victim and an unknown perpetrator.

The victim, a 37-year-old Moroccan man without a fixed address, was wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and light-colored sports shoes at the time of the incident. He was taken to a hospital by ambulance, and fortunately, the shooting did not result in a fatal injury.

The perpetrator was described as being between 30 and 35 years old, with a slim build, a three-day beard, black, smooth hair hanging down on his forehead, and a tattoo on his right forearm. He was seen with another man, and both fled the scene after the shooting.

The second perpetrator is described as being about 25 years old, with a thin build. He was wearing a black "Nike" jacket, black pants, and black sports shoes. Like the shooter, he also had a three-day beard.

The Dortmund Police are using all available resources to investigate this incident. They have already deployed a police helicopter in the search for the men, and a homicide commission has been set up for further investigations.
