Odilon Kossounou, Robert Andrich, Jonas Hofmann, and Patrik Schick are included in the team. Piero Hinacpie, Josip Stanisic, Exequiel Palacios, and Amine Adli are initially on the bench. In the second division team from Kaiserslautern, the coach opted to replace their leading scorer, Ragnar Ache who has faced difficulties in recent matches, with a substitute.
