Eintracht Frankfurt is missing an exciting player like Hugo Larsson!

However, his regular spot on the team has been missing since February. The reasons include injuries, tired legs, and inconsistent form. In the past three games, the midfielder has only made short appearances as a substitute. Fans and his teammate Skhiri in the six-position are excitedly waiting for the redhead to return and make his quick runs through midfield.

Coach Dino Toppmöller (43) explains why Larsson is currently only a substitute: "Hugo had two muscle injuries. He was ready to play in Stuttgart, but he wasn't fully fit." Frankfurt lost 0:3 with Larsson on the bench. During his first season abroad and only his second professional season, he's still learning the ropes.

Toppmöller went on to say, "He's not yet ready to play a full 90 minutes again. However, we need as many players as possible who can play the full 90 minutes. This could be the reason why Hugo will not start in Gladbach either."
