This year, the training cohort consists of 21 apprentices and 5 dual students enrolled in the study programs of General Management and Business Informatics. To support their learning journey, each new starter will receive a tablet, enabling them to access learning materials and training content anytime, anywhere – whether at vocational school, university, or beyond.
The introduction event was marked by a one-day team training session, emphasizing the importance of teamwork during the training period. The event also included sessions on getting to know colleagues, essential customer interaction basics, stylish presentation, and business etiquette.
