Trainer Dino Toppmöller's team continued to control the game, and Bahoya added his second goal of the game in the 25th minute, effectively putting Frankfurt in the driver's seat. Goalkeeper Kevin Trapp, formerly of Werder Bremen, made his debut for Eintracht Frankfurt against his former club during this period.
