Upcoming TV Shows to Look Forward to in September - Key Points of the September Series

In the world of streaming entertainment, September is shaping up to be an exciting month for fans of mystery, comedy, and the supernatural. Here's a rundown of some of the most anticipated series set to premiere or return.

"Only Murders in the Building" returns with its fifth season, promising a deeper dive into the dark corners of New York and the city's mafia. The series, which revolves around a murder investigation in a Manhattan apartment building, will once again captivate audiences with its intricate plot and star-studded cast, including Jason Bateman and Jude Law.

Speaking of Jude Law, he stars in the upcoming series "Black Rabbit", a New York-based drama set to premiere on Netflix on September 18. Law plays Jake Friedken, the owner of a trendy restaurant, and his chaotic brother Vince, played by Bateman, threatens to disrupt everything Jake has built.

Another highly anticipated return is the second season of "Wednesday", the popular Netflix series starring Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams. The remaining four episodes of the second season will be released on September 3, with Gwendoline Christie reprising her role as former Nevermore school principal Larissa Weems, who was killed off in Season 1 but returns as Wednesday's new guide after her injury.

Lady Gaga makes her debut in the American television scene with her role as Rosaline Rotwood in the second season of "Wednesday", which premiered in September 2023. Gaga's performance is a departure from her pop music career, and she even contributes a new song to the series.

The German remake of the French comedy series "Call My Agent!", titled "Call My Agent Berlin", is also set to premiere on Disney+ on September 12. The series takes a satirical look behind the scenes of the German film industry and features numerous star appearances, including Ozark's Jason Bateman and Jude Law. All the stars play satirical versions of themselves in the series.

In addition to these exciting new releases and returns, it's also worth mentioning that a third season of "Wednesday" has been confirmed. With such a promising lineup, it seems that September is shaping up to be a great month for streaming entertainment.
