Sei Muroya (30) made a comeback on the field after dealing with a muscle-tendon injury. However, he had to take a break on Thursday following a minor foot injury sustained in a training session on Wednesday. This would be a disappointment for Hannover if he is unable to play.

If another player has to sit out, Jannik Dehm (former Karlsruhe player) is expected to make a comeback in the starting lineup. He was previously seen on the bench during the match against Paderborn, and was substituted at the break.

His preferred position is right-back. With Muroya's return, Dehm shifted from the right to the left, scoring his first goal for Hannover in Magdeburg. Against St. Pauli, he even had to play as a central defender in a 3-man defense.

There is no hope left for a recovery by Havard Nielsen (30) this season. The Norwegian is dealing with Achilles tendon problems and has missed the last three games. He will also be out for the Karlsruhe and Kiel matches on 19.5.

Coach Stefan Leitl revealed that "We expect him to be back by the start of training." That is on June 23rd.

*Julian Börner (33), ex-defender, returned to the field after missing out due to an infection. However, he did not play in the eleven vs eleven match on Thursday morning. *
