Fujikura, a leading golf shaft manufacturer, has launched a new limited edition 'Rivals' Ventus shaft collection, exclusively available for the 2025 Ryder Cup. The collection, set to hit the market on September 2, 2025, aims to bring together the passion of golf fans with their national allegiance.

The Rivals Collection features the same technology that has made Ventus a standard-setter in driver and wood shaft performance. This time, it introduces the innovative VeloCore+ technology, a re-engineered multi-material bias core designed to promote consistent center-face contact, tighten dispersion, and increase control throughout the swing.

JJ Spaun, who recently clinched the US Open at Oakmont using a Ventus Black 6-X shaft with VeloCore+, is a testament to the technology's prowess.

The collection offers bold Team USA 'Stars & Stripes' models in both the Ventus Blue 6-X and 6-S, as well as Ventus Black 6-X and 6-S profiles. Meanwhile, Team Europe's colours will be available in the Ventus Blue profile only in 6-X and 6-S.

Eric Recher, Director of Marketing at Fujikura, believes this release presents a unique opportunity. "The Rivals Collection gives golfers a chance to show who they are backing for glory at Bethpage," he said, referring to the location of the Ryder Cup.

In addition to the shafts, Fujikura has also launched a merchandise capsule, featuring a USA polo, USA pullover, USA headcover, and a European headcover.

While Fujikura leads the way, it's yet to be announced which other golf shaft companies will be releasing exclusive national Fan-Shafts for the Ryder Cup starting September 2, 2025. With 2025 being a year of unprecedented success for the Ventus line, having achieved a clean sweep of all four men's major championships, the anticipation for the Ryder Cup is at an all-time high.
