They have better digestibility than raw unpasteurized eggs because pasteurization reduces the risk of pathogens without significantly denaturing proteins, making nutrients more available and safer to consume raw.

Cooked or boiled eggs are easier to digest and provide the necessary protein without the potential risks associated with raw eggs.
