New Electric Hatchback Unveiled: SGMW's Baojun Cloud

SGMW has made a significant stride in the electric vehicle market with the unveiling of their latest model, the Baojun Cloud. The five-seater electric hatchback was officially presented in Liuzhou on August 10, 20XX.

The Baojun Cloud is equipped with the LingOS 2.0 system, making it the first model to feature this technology. This system offers a host of advanced features, including voice recognition/interaction, remote control through an app, adaptive cruise control, and a 6-speaker audio system. The car's cockpit also boasts a dual-color interior.

The Baojun Cloud offers two pure electric cruising ranges: 360 km and 460 km, depending on the battery pack size. The 37.9 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack provides a cruising range of 360 km, while the 50.6 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack offers a range of 460 km.

Fast charging is another standout feature of the Baojun Cloud. It can achieve 30% - 80% battery life within 30 minutes of charging. All models of the Baojun Cloud are also compatible with both slow and fast charging.

The Baojun Cloud adopts a unique design, featuring a stacked layout, a suspended roof, hidden door handles, a 2m2 sunroof, a ducktail spoiler on the upper part, and 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels. The vehicle is available in three exterior colours: white, purple, and green.

High-end trims of the Baojun Cloud provide additional features such as 256-color ambient lights, wireless charging, and an electric tailgate. These trims also adopt the "cloud sofa" seat design, which allows the rear seats to be adjusted at an angle of 135 degrees to transform into a 'cloud bed'.

The Baojun Cloud offers ample storage space, with 18 storage spaces throughout the vehicle. The official trunk space is 382 liters and can reach up to 1707 liters after folding down the rear seats.

The pre-sale price for the SGMW's Wuling Bingo S EV, a variant of the Baojun Cloud, is set at 9,600 USD with a cruising range of 325km or 430km.

The Baojun Cloud is equipped with an 8.8-inch rectangular LCD instrument panel and a 15.6-inch floating central control screen, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
