Intruders unlawfully gain access to a hospital café within a university campus.
In the early hours of August 22, 2025, a break-in occurred at a café located within the Neurocenter of the University Hospital Freiburg on Breisacher Street, Freiburg.
The crime was discovered by a security guard around 5 am. Upon arrival, the perpetrators were believed to be two individuals dressed in dark clothing. One of the suspects made their escape on an e-bike, while the other fled on foot.
A bicycle with a trailer, loaded with stolen goods, was secured at the scene. The total value of the stolen goods is not yet known.
The police are actively investigating the incident and are asking for the public's help. Witnesses are encouraged to contact the police at 0761/882-4221 for information about the perpetrators.
