BSF Arrests Pakistani National Near Border, Terrorists Trapped in Kulgam Encounter
In two separate incidents along the India-Pakistan border, the Border Security Force (BSF) has been active in maintaining security and preventing illegal crossings.
On the night of September 8, a Pakistani national named Siraj Khan was apprehended by BSF troops in Jammu's R S Pura sector. The arrest occurred after Khan was spotted near the border fence, exhibiting suspicious activity. Upon search, Pakistani currency was recovered from Khan's person. Khan is currently undergoing interrogation to determine the purpose behind his attempt to enter Indian territory.
In a separate incident, two terrorists have been trapped in an encounter in Kulgam's Gudar Forest. The incident occurred on an unspecified date, and further investigation is ongoing to gather more details about the incident.
The first incident took place in the Octroi outpost around 9:20 pm, where Khan was arrested. The location of the second incident, the Kulgam's Gudar Forest, is different from the previous arrest.
